- Plan, schedule, and “run” proposal
review sessions as appropriate with vendors and client executives
- Work
with client executives to negotiate contract, including
project scope, software
license and professional
services
pricing, contract terms and conditions,
hosting Service Level Agreement
(SLA) if applicable, and other matters
as desired by client
Project Management and Implementation Assistance
- Coordinate client and vendor resources
- Provide recommendations
on client acceptance of vendor deliverables
- Work with
Vendor project manager on deliverables, budget vs.
actual, due dates and timeline.
- Document system and
provide end-user training
